Charmaine is an award winning business woman possessing a Diploma in Community Service & Addictions. Certified ASIST, CPI, CPR & Intro for Domestic Violence, Charmaine’s mission is that all children are educated early with a vision to help end global child abuse. A survivor of child and domestic abuse, Charmaine continues to inspire and help many men and women recover from child trauma and suicide. A force to be reckoned with, Charmaine is a Change Agent in Advocacy having successfully tabled inside the Legislative Assembly of Ontario a public petition partnered with MPP Yvan Baker and thousands of public signatures requesting an Act be passed that all Ontario Schools implement an “Annual Awareness Week for Abuse Prevention”


Jan is a seasoned therapist with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) focused on Clinical and Counselling Psychology from University of Toronto - Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.  An entrepreneurial professional who's career has been dedicated to Mental Health services.  Skilled in individual and couples Psychotherapy, PTSD, Group Therapy, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Consulting, Crisis Intervention, Community Mental Health, Intake and Case Management.  Jan’s vision with CFMHT is to help stigma disappear.


A mom to many (not just her own), a maker of things, a thinker and a tinkerer; Angela is a problem solver acting from outside the box.

Joining CFMHT she wants to affect real change to an antiquated broken system.   With lived experience navigating it Angela is aware first hand of where the gaps are, and where the bridges need to be built from scratch.

Angela strongly believes that change starts from the inside out and wants to put her dynamic organizational skills to work with CFMHT and make sustainable positive change.


Steffany is a Child and Youth Care Practitioner but primarily identifies as a Child and Youth Counsellor.  She also works as a Program Facilitator, and Peer Support Specialist. Steffany has experience in working with children for over 15 years. She is a passionate advocate for mental health, having worked with children, and adolescents for 3 years in a Therapeutic Day Treatment classroom.

Steffany has a background in Child and Youth Counselling from Sheridan College and is also currently working on her (CILPP) - certificate in Immigration: Law, Policies, and Procedures from the University of British Columbia.

Steffany specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with mood disorders, trauma, abuse, and behavioural management.

She feels her purpose at CFMHT is to provide a voice to those who have been silenced.


Anita Levesque is a web and graphic designer and front-end web developer with over thirteen years of professional experience in the design industry, located in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

As the owner of Anita’s Web Design, a web design and development company, she specializes in creating custom web sites for a wide range of businesses, focusing primarily on custom website design and e-commerce.

Anita also has lived experience with mental health and domestic abuse. In 2014, she became a mental health advocate to create a voice for those living with C-PTSD and Depression, as she does.

Her goal as the web designer for CFMHT is to help get the awareness out for child abuse and help eliminate the stigma towards mental health.
