Facilitated by an ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Professional each participant will leave with basic 101 knowing the signs inside our body and mind, the symptoms and how to practice self mindfulness in dark moments and how to respond for keeping a safe and sustainably healthy structure moving forward for yourself, loved ones and friends
Suicide talk is never to be taken lightly. Suicide is “pain” and pain is meant to heard, validated and supported.
The information circle, materials and resources are free and benefactions are welcome.
The space provided for this circle is safe, respectful, confidential and with limited seating. Please RSVP by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, DM Centre for Mental Health Transformation or click “Going” here on this event page.
